Our Story

When Dignity Roasters opened nine years ago, the idea was simple: to create an opportunity for people to earn what they need through workforce training and food handling certifications. As an initiative of Wear Gloves, it became a way to empower the underserved with dignity, helping them move forward with greater skills, confidence, and opportunities.

At the same time, we’ve committed ourselves to making excellent coffee. We roast ethically-sourced Arabica beans because quality matters, both in how we serve our community and in the coffee we serve our customers.

Coffee has a way of bringing people together, creating shared connections in communities around the world. Dignity Roasters was always meant to be more than just another brand of coffee. It connects us to each other and to the purpose behind every bag.
